Mr. Alperin is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a degree in the Business and Marketing program in 1968. Mr. Alperin has been a consist top producer in our local real estate market. Mr. Alperin enjoys sharing his vast knowledge with both buyers and sellers. Mr. Alperin has been a resident of Groveland, MA for 30 years and has been very active within his community. Mr. Alperin has served as the Vice Chairman of the Groveland Housing Authority from 1982 to 1999. Mr. Alperin received his Appraisal Certificate from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors in which this enables him to be a listing specialist and also helps provide accurate appraisals when completing a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for a new client. Mr. Alperin's knowledge of the mortgage banking industry and mortgage lending experience helped Mr. Alperin be very useful serving as an Advisory Board Member to the Haverhill chapter of the Homeowners Federal Savings and Loan Bank.
